Privacy policy

This site collects as little as possible. No advertising, no profiling, no data sold or shared with anyone beyond what is described here.

Who is responsible

All AspectStephan Timman, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For anything on this page, write to info@allaspect.nl.

The contact form

When you send a message, the form passes on your name, email address, company (if you fill it in) and the message itself. That goes straight out as an email to info@allaspect.nl. It is not written to a database and nothing is stored on this website. The message stays in the mailbox for as long as it is relevant to our correspondence.

Legal basis: your request. We use the details only to reply to you.

Analytics

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used — pages visited, roughly where visitors come from, what kind of device they use. The data is pseudonymised and never used to identify you personally.

Nothing loads before you accept. If you decline, no Google code runs at all. You can change your mind at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Details are in the cookie policy.

Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Server logs

Like any website, the hosting server records each request: IP address, timestamp, the page requested and the browser used. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, are kept for a few weeks and are then deleted automatically. They are never combined with anything else.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working, secure website.

Who else sees anything

Only Google, and only if you accepted analytics. Google may process that data outside the European Union under its standard contractual clauses. Everything else — the pages, images, video and fonts — is served from our own server, so no other party learns that you visited.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Send a note to info@allaspect.nl and you will get an answer within a month.

If you think something is being handled wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
